We break away from the traditional out-patient model of physical therapy and bring the clinic to you. Whether we are focusing on strength, endurance, balance, pain management or other treatments, we have the benefit of seeing how you move and function in your own environment. This allows us to custom-tailor treatments to fit you, your life and your needs. Whether you are experiencing "nuisance pain" associated with normal aging, or have a new injury, we can help! Dr. Selby believes in a whole body approach to pain management and the importance of determining the root cause of your pain to prevent it from becoming chronic and causing loss of function.  She is extensively trained in hands-on manual therapy treatments such as Myofascial Release, soft tissue mobilization, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN), and Cupping to address acute and chronic pain.  Don't let unmanaged pain hold you back from the life you want to live!

Insurance & Pricing

Vive Physiotherapy is in-network with Medicare Part B and accepts some out-of-network insurance coverage. For all other insurance plans, we are happy to provide a superbill upon patient request.

We offer reasonable cash pay rates and package pricing for wellness care and out of pocket payment.
